Halliburton Employees' Federal Credit Union (HEFCU) was established in 1960.  HEFCU is a full-service financial institution offering its members the best in service and a wide range of financial products.   When you become a member of HEFCU you actually become one of the owners.  HEFCU is governed by a volunteer board of directors.  HEFCU redistributes its income to members through higher savings rates and lower loan rates.
